First foods

In true Eliza fashion, introduction to her first foods didn't go as planned. Both of the other kids were so excited to eat their first bite. They were curious, but liked it once it was in their mouths. After that first bite they took off and started eating more and more each time. Well, now it was Eliza's turn. We got the camera's ready and mixed her first bite of rice cereal and momma's milk. I carefully stuck the spoon to her lips and she made this face.


And then she started this.


And then this.


Sigh. It's been like this each time too. Because of this and "other" things we're thinking she doesn't tolerate rice cereal well. So we switched to oatmeal cereal. Same thing. Hmm... This doesn't look good...to be continued...
