Packing!!

No time for pictures. Our house is full of suitcases, there's tons to be done and there's still everyday life that continues without fail. Will we ever get everything finished? Good thing I have a plane ticket! That makes it so that we cannot delay leaving and I will get to MD no matter if everything's accomplished or not. Luke has decided that he is finished with sleeping through the night, which makes it really hard to do anything during the day because our eyes are only half opened. Oh well! Beach- Here we come!! I call the hammock!!

Only 1 week left before we leave for vacation then camp. Wow, summer is already here! Can you believe it? Most of these pictures you've probably already seen, but I had fun making this collage and wanted to show it off. Luke is growing up so fast and getting so big. He already weighs 13 pounds! He's "talking" lots now and blowing bubbles. He loves to try to stand up with our help of course and he is quick to smile at anyone. He's such a little ham. I can't wait for all of you to meet him or see him again. I just love showing him off to everyone!

Fortune

We had Chinese food the other night, and we all got fortune cookies to open at the end. Let me say that I do not believe in fortunes and so forth and usually just laugh or roll my eyes at what they say, but on this particular night we were amazed at the words written on them.
My fortune was the one on the top, JD's was the middle one and Luke's was the bottom. I hope that Luke's fortune isn't true! Mine was just ok, but JD's was shocking! We are traveling south in 2 weeks to spend the summer at a camp with family and friends. I wonder what the unexpected happiness will be?...

More outside fun

I'm typing this one handed because this little guy just wants to be snuggled right now. He's sleeping soundly on my shoulder. Do you remember when you were little and you were out and about with your family? At some point you would get tired so you would either crash on your dad's shoulder or sitting in your stroller. Your little head would bobble as the family kept on going. My family was the kind that wouldn't stop just for naps, so we learned to sleep wherever we were. I can still remember waking up at Disney World late at night and realizing that I had missed Tinker Bell's flight from the castle. I had fallen asleep in my stroller and had missed it all. The things we remember!
